NIKEISHA WEBB-HARDY

Hi, I am Nikeisha Webb-Hardy, Co-Headteacher at Gesher School. I am from Jamaica, which is where I first discovered my passion for teaching. I completed my teacher training with a focus in Mathematics and English and later qualified post-grad in the areas of Language and Literacy, SEND and Inclusion, Leadership and Management, and Assessment. I am extremely passionate about maximising opportunities for all learners which has fuelled my drive for working with students with SEND. With 19 years’ experience as an educator, my journey started out as a teacher of English and Literacy Specialist working with students with dyslexia and other Literacy needs. I have worked in several secondary schools leading and managing SEND and Inclusion provision, EAL and psychometric assessments. I am looking forward to an exciting year as Tammy and I continue to work to ensure the success of our students, and build on our contribution to our wider community.
